Yesterday, Charmaine’s Garden Tower Restaurant served up Bamboo leaves wrapped sticky rice. Crockpot cooking time, 4 hours. Today, I am drinking hot Lemon Grass Tea with Desert Wildflower Honey, which has been brewing all day long. And tonight, I’m making Singapore Beef Curry in the pot. I wonder how Mr. Mustard greens, Mrs. Cabbages, Ms. Spinach, Aloe Vera, Bokchoy, Brussel Sprouts and Chard are going to like that spicy curry smell. Well, I can always airout the tent tomorrow afternoon. Grow Tent temperature, a constant 50F at low setting on crockpot. 🙂 I think may be tomorrow I will get one more crockpot. It is working perfectly!
Oh, by the way, Lemon Grass is proven to prevent/fight cancer by Hebrew University in Israel. They are now growing fields of Lemon Grass in certain parts of Israel.
